Return Policy

At Kvell House, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your candles or teas, we offer the following return policy:

Condition of Items: To qualify for a return, candles must be in their original condition, with all packaging intact, and returned within 30 calendar days from purchase date.

Process for Returns:

  • Please contact our customer service team at info@Kvell-House.com to initiate a return.
  • Include your order number and reason for the return.
  • We will provide return shipping instructions and you’ll be responsible for shipping cost.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exclusions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been opened or used, due to hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will replace it at no additional cost.
